I came to New York in 1994 and in 1997 my background in Business and Finance led me to new career in Real Estate and Mortgage financing. 1.   PREAPPROVING MY CLIENTS – I thoroughly review your current INCOME, CREDIT and ASSETS to make sure you qualify for the property you wish to buy.  The earlier you start the preapproval process the better. I can give you guidance on your credit report and help you establish a budget or a “comfort level” for a monthly payment for a mortgage, tax and Insurance.
 
2.   EDUCATE MY CLIENTS – You will be fully versed in the mortgage process. I will lay out the exact steps in the home buying process from preapproval to signing contracts to appraisal to title to clearing conditions to finally sitting at the closing table.
 
3.   BUILDING TRUST – Buying a new home is the biggest financial commitment you will make. That is not something I take lightly. I pride myself in being honest with you and giving you the best advice possible.  I guarantee you I will tell you what you NEED to hear and not what you WANT to hear. I want this relationship to be a long term one and not one transaction.  Over 70% of my current business comes from past satisfied clients.
 
My mortgage license covers the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut tri state area. I have closed mortgages in the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, Yonkers, Rockland, Westchester County as well as well as various parts of CT and NJ.
 
My product range covers Jumbo mortgages, conventional mortgages as well as FHA, VA and Reverse mortgage. Property types include Single Family homes, 2-4 families, Condo’s, co-ops, Investment properties and commercial properties.
